7R, the developer of industrial real estate across Poland and the CEE region, has announced the appointment of Andrzej Wroński as CEO.

Wroński is set to officially assume the role in the coming months, with his precise start date to be announced shortly.

He brings over two decades of leadership and operational expertise to 7R, boasting a strong track record within the logistics property sector.

Petri Valkama, Partner and Deputy CIO at NREP, said: "We are developing a platform that helps our tenants and partners work more efficiently, adapt quickly, and meet sustainability goals."

“The goal is to be a trusted partner and onestop platform for occupiers and investors alike. By combining deep local expertise with a flexible investment approach, 7R is well positioned to create lasting value for tenants, equity partners and shareholders,” said Wroński.

Under Wroński’s leadership, 7R intends to accelerate its strategic growth, solidify its regional presence, and continue its expansion beyond Poland.
