7R has obtained the building permit for 7R Hub Nowa Huta, a logistics and industrial park in Kraków. The project comprises three buildings totalling approximately 230,000 sqm and negotiations with potential tenants are already underway.

Situated in the heart of Nowa Huta, near National Road 79 and the planned S7 expressway junction, the park offers connectivity and access to Kraków's city centre. Its location and proximity to a skilled workforce make 7R Hub Nowa Huta an attractive choice for technology companies, production operations, and logistics operators. "Currently we are finalising negotiations with light production and services companies," the company said.

7R Hub Nowa Huta is designed as an operating environment where technology and functionality are embedded throughout. Smart building management systems, infrastructure ready for automation, and logistics solutions are integral to the park's design. A clear zoning layout, convenient access routes, and organisation of functions support streamlined daily operations.

The project incorporates green features that go beyond standard ergonomics. Thousands of trees, green areas, and relaxation areas will be introduced between warehouses and roadways, gradually restoring nature to land historically dominated by industry.

"Our investment in Nowa Huta marks a step in delivering industrial and logistics infrastructure in Kraków. By combining connectivity, technological solutions, and a focus on environmental responsibility, we are creating an ecosystem for our tenants and the community," said Magdalena Uler-Kłeczek, Member of the Board, CIO and interim Chief Business Development Officer of 7R.
