7R has acquired a 140,000 sqm site in Stara Wieś, Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The plot will be used to develop more than 60,000 sqm of warehouse space, designed for logistics, warehousing, and built-to-own or built-to-suit projects.

The transaction aligns with 7R’s strategy of securing land in key logistics locations. The Nadarzyn municipality is considered one of the most attractive warehouse markets in the Warsaw agglomeration, with strong potential for further growth. By expanding its land bank, 7R aims to offer flexible, client-focused solutions in well-connected regions.

“We are expanding our operations in Mazowieckie in line with our strategy to develop high-quality warehouse space in prime locations,” said Izabela Kicińska, Land Acquisition Director at 7R. “Finalising this transaction in just two months demonstrates our efficiency in executing complex investment processes. Close cooperation with Piotr Krawczyński, President of DeA Capital Real Estate, Andrzej Sychowicz, President of APM Development, and their teams was crucial. Their engagement and expertise allowed us to quickly prepare the site and successfully complete the acquisition,” she added.

Through this investment, 7R strengthens its position as a provider of modern logistics and warehouse solutions developed with respect for environmental standards. The project will be an attractive option for companies seeking efficient, well-located warehouse space in central Poland.
