7R, the property developer of logistics and industrial facilities with operations in Poland and Czechia, is entering the German market and signed an SMA partnership to invest €200 million in the development of industrial, warehouse and logistics projects across the country.

7R has completed the sale of a warehouse facility near Słupsk to Cristal Life, a real estate investment trust managed by French asset management company Inter Gestion Reim. This marks the French company's first transaction in the Polish market.

Industrial developer 7R has allocated 96% of net proceeds from its green bond issuances to financing seven projects within the green buildings category, according to its newly published Green Bond Allocation and Impact Report. 

7R has signed a long-term lease agreement with Profile Vox for more than 20,000 sqm of warehouse and production space in Pobiedziska, near Poznań. The facility, developed under a built-to-suit formula, combines a warehouse with a production area designed to meet high standards for insulation and energy efficiency.

7R, a developer of warehouse and industrial real estate in Poland and the CEE region, has confirmed that Andrzej Wroński formally assumed the position of CEO in early January 2026.

7R has obtained the building permit for 7R Hub Nowa Huta, a logistics and industrial park in Kraków. The project comprises three buildings totalling approximately 230,000 sqm and negotiations with potential tenants are already underway.

7R, a warehouse developer, has completed the third phase of its green bond issuance, raising PLN 83.9 million (approximately €19.75 million). Since the beginning of this year, the company has obtained capital totalling approximately €77 million, marking progress within its €100 million bond program.

EQT Park Prague North, situated in Lužec nad Vltavou near the D8 motorway, is a joint venture between the development company 7R Czech Republic and EQT Real Estate Czech Republic.

7R has announced the appointment of Jiří Duchoň as the new Managing Director for the Czech Republic. With nearly five years at 7R and a career in the Czech real estate sector, Jiří is bringing extensive experience and expertise to his new role.

7R has acquired a 140,000 sqm site in Stara Wieś, Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The plot will be used to develop more than 60,000 sqm of warehouse space, designed for logistics, warehousing, and built-to-own or built-to-suit projects.
