P3 Logistic Parks has appointed Simon Carter as Chief Executive Officer, effective 17 September 2026. Carter joined the business on 7 September as CEO Designate. Frank Pörschke, who led the company for almost six years, will step down from the role and support Carter and the wider leadership team during the transition.

"On behalf of the Board, I welcome Simon Carter as CEO. We look forward to working with him as he builds on P3's strong foundations and leads the company through its next phase of disciplined, sustainable growth," said Tay Lim Hock, Chairman of P3 Logistic Parks. Lim Hock also thanked Pörschke for his contribution, during which "P3 expanded its European platform and strengthened its market position."

"My immediate priorities are to maintain our focus on customers and operational delivery, execute our growth plans with discipline and build on the progress the company has made," said Carter. He added that he looks forward to advancing P3's ambition to become Europe's leading logistics real estate investor and developer.

Carter brings experience in real estate, finance and strategy. Before joining P3, he held senior roles at British Land, Logicor and Quintain Estates & Development, including serving as Chief Executive of British Land and Chief Financial Officer of Logicor. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he qualified as a chartered accountant, and later worked in fixed income at UBS. He has served as President of the British Property Federation and was previously a board member of Real Estate Balance.

P3 is an investor, manager and developer of European warehouse properties with assets valued at approximately €11 billion, covering more than 10.2 million sqm of gross lettable area and a land bank of 1.7 million sqm for future development. Headquartered in Prague, the company operates in 11 countries and employs more than 300 people across 11 offices.
