ATAL has begun construction and sales at Wzgórze Oruni, a new residential development on ul. Emilii Hoene in the Orunia Górna district of Gdańsk. The scheme comprises four five-storey buildings containing 111 apartments ranging from around 30 sqm to nearly 93 sqm, with one to four rooms. Upper-floor flats will have glazed balconies and ground-floor units will include private gardens. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.
"We are not slowing down in the Trójmiasto area and, shortly after acquiring a local developer and its assets, we are presenting another project. This brings our current offer in the region to ten investments. We also plan further ones, including in Gdańsk," said Agnieszka Majkusiak, director general for sales and marketing at ATAL.
The development will include an underground car park with 133 spaces, storage rooms, a recreation and play zone in the southern part of the site, barrier-free access throughout, and a security monitoring system. The site borders Park Oruński, the third-largest municipal park in Gdańsk, and lies 5 kilometres from the city centre. A bus stop is 400 metres away, the city centre and the Trójmiasto ring road are reachable by car in around ten minutes, and a planned extension of the Pomorska Kolej Metropolitalna railway is expected to add stops within walking distance.
Prices start at zł13,000 per sqm and reach zł15,200 per sqm in shell condition. Buyers can also opt for a turnkey finish through ATAL's Design programme, available in Classic, Comfort and Premium packages that differ in material selection, scope and price.
ATAL marks its tenth year of activity in the Trójmiasto area in 2026, having completed nine projects and with a further nine under way. Customers have purchased more than 2,000 apartments in the region over that period. Earlier this year the company acquired local developer Budner together with its assets.
