P3 Logistic Parks has appointed Jakub Pelikán as Head of Land Acquisition and Development for the Czech Republic. Pelikán previously held the role of Head of Development at the company, and his expanded remit will now include identifying and acquiring strategic land plots for future projects and further developing P3's logistics portfolio in the country.

P3 Logistic Parks has welcomed two new tenants to its P3 Plzeň Myslinka industrial park. Outdoor concept, a developer and distributor of outdoor clothing and equipment operating under the Hannah and Rafiki brands, and logistics provider Raben have both begun operations at the site from September, expanding the tenant mix at the younger of P3's two Plzeň-area parks.

P3 Logistic Parks has appointed Simon Carter as its new chief executive, with Carter joining the company on 7 September 2026 as CEO-designate before formally assuming the role on 17 September 2026. The P3 Lovosice Cargo logistics hall, unique thanks to its railway siding, has been leased to a new tenant. The hall, with an area of over 43 thousand sqm, can accommodate a train with up to 15 wagons.
