Matexi Polska Holding & Finance S.A. has listed its series D corporate bonds on the Catalyst market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The four-year bonds carry a total value of 105 million złoty and bear a floating interest rate of WIBOR 6M plus 400 basis points, with interest paid to investors on a semi-annual basis. Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski acted as offering agent and emission agent for the transaction.

The issue drew interest from both existing financial partners and new investors. The proceeds are earmarked for refinancing existing debt and funding further residential development activity at key locations across Poland. The listing forms part of a broader bond programme established by Matexi Polska together with Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski, under which the company may raise up to 300 million złoty over two years, until the end of June 2028.

"The debut on Catalyst is an important moment in the development of our organisation. The funds raised will be used for refinancing existing debt and further development of Matexi Polska's activity, including the delivery of residential projects in key markets across the country," said Mirosław Bednarek, president of the management board of Matexi Polska Holding & Finance S.A.

"From a financial perspective, the Catalyst debut carries particular significance, though it is not the beginning of our presence in the capital market. We have been using bond financing for many years, and three earlier issuances have already been repaid in full. The listing on the public market increases the transparency of our operations and creates space for building long-term relationships with investors," said Zofia Szymonska, chief financial officer and member of the management board of Matexi Polska Holding & Finance S.A.

"Matexi has been actively using the Polish bond market for over six years and has issued bonds with a combined value of over 350 million złoty. We are pleased that it is now joining the group of issuers present on Catalyst," said Piotr Jankowski, vice-president of Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski. Matexi Polska, which has operated in Poland since 2010 as part of a Belgian developer group, has sold approximately 4,000 apartments in Warsaw and Kraków and holds land secured for a further approximately 3,500 units.
