P3 Logistic Parks has appointed Simon Carter as its new chief executive, with Carter joining the company on 7 September 2026 as CEO-designate before formally assuming the role on 17 September 2026. Frank Pörschke, who has led P3 for nearly six years, will step down and support Carter and the wider leadership team during the transition period.

"On behalf of the board, I welcome Simon Carter as chief executive and look forward to working with him. Simon will build on the foundations at P3 and lead the company through its next phase of stable and sustainable growth," said Tay Lim Hock, chairman of P3 Logistic Parks. Hock also thanked Pörschke for his contribution, noting that P3 had expanded its European operations and strengthened its market position during his tenure.

"P3 is an excellent company with an experienced team, a high-quality portfolio in the right markets and a clear long-term strategy. My immediate priorities will be customers and operational performance, supporting our growth plans and further developing what the company has achieved," said Carter. He added: "I look forward to working with the board and colleagues across P3 as we pursue our ambition to become a leading investor and developer of logistics properties in Europe."

Carter brings experience in real estate, finance and strategy. Before joining P3, he held senior roles at British Land, Logicor and Quintain Estates & Development, including serving as chief executive of British Land and chief financial officer of Logicor. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he qualified as a chartered accountant, before working in fixed-income securities at UBS. He has also served as president of the British Property Federation and as a board member of Real Estate Balance.

P3 is an investor, asset manager and developer of European warehouse properties with assets valued at approximately €11 billion, covering more than 10.2 million sqm of gross lettable area and 1.7 million sqm of land for future development. The company operates commercially in 11 countries and employs more than 300 people across 11 offices in Europe, with its headquarters in Prague.
