Peakside Capital Advisors has completed construction of Hall D at the City Point Targówek logistics park in Warsaw and obtained an occupancy permit for the facility. The new hall offers 17,000 sqm of space designed for warehousing, distribution and light manufacturing activities. Each module includes office and welfare areas, and loading is possible via both dock levellers and ground-level gates. The general contractor was Depenbrock Polska, and all available modules have been let.

Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has advised a US investor on the acquisition of Panattoni Park Poznań A2, a logistics complex located in Robakowo, Poland, for approximately €160 million. The asset is fully leased to H&M, which will continue to occupy the facility following the transaction.

Activ Property Services has brokered the lease of approximately 2,000 sqm of production space for Romanian bakery retailer Pofta de Pâine at Lion's Head Logistics Park Bucharest South, a development located in the Popești area on the southern outskirts of Bucharest. The transaction was coordinated by Cosmin Dinu, Head of Industrial at Activ Property Services, who advised the tenant throughout the process, from identifying a suitable location and conducting technical and commercial assessments to negotiating lease terms. Operations at the new factory are expected to commence in October or November 2026.

Poland’s logistics market entered 2026 with stronger demand but a more cautious approach to new development. DL Invest Group has signed a revolving credit facility of up to €95 million with UniCredit. The facility has been extended directly to the group's operating company, DL Invest Group PM S.A., and may be used for general corporate purposes and further development.

P3 Logistic Parks has begun construction of the first warehouse building at its new P3 Gliwice logistics park in Upper Silesia, Poland. The speculative development will offer 39,971 sqm of space, with approximately 1,900 sqm allocated to offices and staff amenities. The park is being built on a 19.2-hectare site acquired by P3 late last year, with scope to expand by a further 58,967 sqm under one roof, bringing the total planned lettable area to nearly 100,000 sqm.

CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has appointed Bert Hesselink as EMEA Customer Relationship Management Logistics Lead. In the role, he will strengthen relationships with occupiers across CBRE IM's logistics portfolio, helping businesses identify real estate solutions that support their operational and growth requirements. He will work closely with local asset management, leasing and operating teams, acting as a strategic partner to occupiers across the logistics, retail and office sectors.

US connectivity and network infrastructure company Belden has signed a lease for the entire 42,000 sqm HelloParks Páty PT5 warehouse facility in Hungary, where it will consolidate its Dutch and Hungarian manufacturing operations. The site will become Belden's largest European cable plant, with production expected to begin in early 2028. The deal was brokered with the involvement of Cushman & Wakefield.

Quantum Real has begun construction of Quantum Gliwice, a logistics park located directly alongside the A4 motorway, approximately 3 km from the Sośnica interchange where the A1 and A4 cross. The first phase will deliver over 43,000 sqm of warehouse space, including a speculative Class A section, with the facility expandable to more than 60,000 sqm. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. The project is being delivered jointly with LCube, with Adamietz Construction serving as general contractor.

CTP has signed a lease for 24,400 sqm at CTPark Bucharest South with Romstal, a distributor of construction installation equipment. The space forms part of a 54,000 sqm facility within the park and will support Romstal's logistics and distribution operations across Romania and the wider CEE region. Romstal's product portfolio spans thermo, hydro, sanitary, electrical and ceramic categories, serving customers in the construction and installation sectors.
