Cordia Romania, a member of Futureal Group, has appointed Concelex as general contractor for Centropolitan, a residential development under construction near Alba Iulia Square in Bucharest. The project represents a continuation of a partnership between the two companies that began with PARCULUI20, a 485-apartment scheme delivered between 2019 and 2023 in the Expoziției area.

Centropolitan is being developed on an 8,179 sqm site with a total investment value of approximately €65 million. The project will comprise 274 apartments ranging from 42 to 156 sqm, alongside 3,345 sqm of retail space and approximately 350 sqm of resident amenities including coworking areas, fitness facilities and community zones. Construction began earlier in 2026, marked by a foundation stone ceremony in June, with completion targeted for the second half of 2028.
Since launch, the project has recorded approximately 20% in sales and reservations, generating transactions exceeding €13 million excluding VAT, with around 80% of purchasers being end-users. Concelex, which reported a turnover of RON 1.4 billion in 2025 and currently manages approximately 100 active construction sites, will oversee construction over the next two years.
