Poznań's Andersia Tower, owned by DEKA Immobilien, has reached near fully occupancy following lease agreements covering over 3,500 sqm of space that have been closed in 2025.

The result achieved last year stems from both new contracts and strategic decisions by existing tenants to remain in the building or increase their occupied space, according to Savills Polska representatives that supported the building owner in the commercialization processes.

The largest contract was an agreement with a foundation operating the largest charitable fundraising portal, covering the renegotiation of over 1,500 sqm and expansion by an additional 270 sqm. A developer and manager of logistics properties backed by a British investment fund also decided to extend their lease (630 sqm), along with a medical technology company (578 sqm) and an advisory firm operating in tax and transaction areas (511 sqm). A renowned law firm increased its operations scale in Andersia Tower, expanding its office to just over 200 sqm.

The 20-story skyscraper offers approximately 9,800 sqm of modern office space. The property stands out with its unique combination of office functions and hotel infrastructure (restaurants, fitness area, pool). Part of the complex is Hotel Andersia, operated by VHM Hotel Management, offering 172 rooms and recreational facilities including a pool, gym, and SPA wellness area.

"Signing agreements for over 3,500 sqm last year is a clear signal of the building's stable position. Tenants from various sectors consistently choose this address as the foundation for their long-term development. Currently, only two final modules are available in the tower, which well illustrates the scale of demand for this location," comments Mateusz Jakubowicz, Regional Manager at Savills Polska.

The carbon cost is already in your building. You just can't see it yet

by Property Forum
A structural shift is rewriting the financial logic of European commercial real estate. It isn't being driven by ESG pressure or voluntary sustainability labels. It's being driven by regulation — and the numbers are concrete enough that ignoring them is becoming a financial risk. A recent white paper by workcloud24 traces the mechanism in detail: how the operational energy and CO₂ performance of a building transmits into net operating income, asset value, and financing conditions. The argument isn't that green buildings are virtuous. It's that inefficient buildings are becoming measurably more expensive to own, operate, and finance.
