The façade, the ground floor hall, and the reception of the Atrinova office building in Budapest's CBD have been completely renewed with a modern environmentally conscious architectural approach.
The Prague office building Parkview currently owned by Deka Immobilien is now 100% leased. The nine-story building developed and finished in 2020 by Skanska in the Pankrác district will house the software company JetSoft and the research technology company Lucid, Skanska, the original developer of the building, announced today.
Malthouse Offices, the biggest office building of the Warsaw Brewery complex, as well as the historic Malthouse were acquired by Deka Immobilien, an international investment and asset manager. The buildings were sold for approximately €152.3 million.
Alides, the Ghent-based property developer and investor, has purchased Gdańsk’s Waterside office complex from DEKA Immobilien. The building has a marketable surface of 9,320 sqm and is located in the historic Old Town. This is Alides' second acquisition in Gdańsk, following the purchase of the Imperial Shipyard in 2017 together with Revive. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
Skanska has sold the Parkview office building in Prague to Deka Immobilien for €77 million. This is the second transaction between both parties in the last twelve months, which follows the acquisition of Generation Park Z in Warsaw last year.

Star Capital Investments has acquired Lighthouse Towers, a Class A office building in Prague 7’s thriving Holešovice district. The seller was Deka Immobilien. The property comprises two stand-alone buildings joined at the underground parking level, where 360 parking spaces are provided.
CTP has sealed a long-term strategic partnership with Deka Immobilien involving three prime industrial parks in the Czech Republic - CTPark Plzeň, CTPark Prague North and CTPark Teplice. Deka Immobilien acquired the ownership stakes in the parks with CTP Group continuing to manage and operate the portfolio under the CTPark network brand. Including two development projects, the deal represents 430,000 sqm of premium industrial properties. The transaction volume of €460 million places the deal amongst the largest ever real estate transactions in the Czech Republic.
Deka Immobilien has instructed real estate advisory firm Savills to lease another seven office buildings: Atrium One, Helion, Luminar, MatchPoint A and B as well as Mokotowska Square in Warsaw, and Andersia Tower in Poznań. Savills will continue to act as an exclusive leasing agent for Grzybowska Park, International Business Center and North Gate.
Modesta Real Estate has found a new office location for one of the leading suppliers of LPG in Slovakia. FLAGA, part of UGI International, will move into about 300 sqm in the Westend Business Zone close to the city centre of Bratislava in May 2023.
Szerémi Office Building in Budapest welcomed an unnamed new tenant which has signed a long-term lease agreement for 1252 sqm of space in the property. The complex of three interconnected buildings provides a total floor space of nearly 10,500 sqm.
Kucera Logistics Group Sp. z o.o Sp. K. has decided to open a new distribution centre at Panattoni Park Pruszków V. The tenant will occupy nearly 3,300 sqm of warehouse and office space in the new location. AXI IMMO represented Kucera Logistics Group in the transaction.

CPI Property Group has appointed Karol Klin as Head of Office Leasing in Warsaw from the 1st of February. He is a recognised specialist in the commercial real estate sector. He gained more than 20 years of experience in such companies as Cornerstone, Globalworth, Echo Investment, Skanska and GTC.
Daniel Cateliu has been appointed as Director in the Industrial & Logistics department of real estate consultancy CBRE Romania. He is currently pursuing an EMBA at the University of Sheffield in the UK. Cateliu is a graduate of the Faculty of Political Sciences within the SNSPA, subsequently following a master's program and earning an Erasmus scholarship at the University of Trieste in Italy.
Oscar Kazanelson - the current Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ROBYG - has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vantage Development. This is related to the decision to build synergies within the TAG Immobilien Group.
