The second phase of the almost completely contactless Corvin Innovation Campus office building developed by Hungarian firm Futureal has reached its highest point. This part provides 14,310 sqm of office space, and it has been developed according to the energy-cost-sensitive tenants’ needs. 

Property developer AFI Europe aims to obtain by 2025 the LEED Zero Carbon certification for all ongoing office projects, and also for all future AFI Europe’s projects targeted to be developed in the future in Romania. 

Romanian developer One United Properties has purchased Bucharest-based office project Eliade Tower from Eurobank Greece for €9.5 million. The building is located near the company’s mixed-use complex One Floreasca City. 

Iulius Town Timișoara has reached 80,000 sqm of premium office space accommodating 40-plus companies from three continents upon opening United Business Center 0, the fourth office building in the complex. 

Two years after the start of construction, Skanska has completed works on the P180 office building, located at the Wilanowska metro station. The building received an occupancy permit, which means that the Warsaw office market has gained an additional 32,000 sqm of office space. IT specialists from the international Netcompany moved into the newly commissioned office building, which offers the tenant 6,000 sqm of space.

All three phases of the Budapest ONE office complex have been given an official permit, Hungarian developer Futureal informed.

Liebrecht & wooD has started preparations for its latest project in Warsaw’s Praga-Północ district. Drucianka Campus will be developed as part of the revitalization of Drucianka (the Warsaw Wire, Pin and Nail Factory), which will be a large-scale mixed-use complex, offering 42,000 sqm of office space and more than 7,500 sqm of additional space for retail, services and events.

Companies are now concerned with creating the best conditions to meet the employees’ needs as they resume work in the office buildings, according to data from real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
