The two office towers of Global Office Park developed by Cavatina in Katowice have been awarded an occupancy permit.

Located at the intersection of Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki streets, two 104-meter-high office towers Global Office Park will provide 55,2000 sqm of office space to the Katowice market. The pre-let rate of both buildings and the service and retail section is 70%.

"Global Office Park is not only an extremely modern, well-designed office building. It is primarily a mixed-use complex open to the city, enriching its infrastructure, supporting the changes taking place in the center of Katowice. The commissioning of its most impressive part is an important and anticipated moment for us at Cavatina Holding. The occupancy permit just received is a confirmation that the works on this investment have been carried out as planned, and companies such as ING Tech, UPC, Hyland and many others will soon use their new offices," says Tomasz Zydorek, Leasing Director at Cavatina Holding.

Global Office Park is a multifunctional building complex consisting of an office, service and residential part. The offices, in addition to two 25-storey towers, are also occupied by the smallest building C in the complex, already completed and fully leased. The third tower will house 670 apartments for rent from Resi Capital. The basis of all three skyscrapers is a 5-story podium with a place for gastronomy, service points and shops. Residents and tenants of the complex will gain access to green and relaxation zones created on terraces occupying 2,300 sqm surface.
