Mol Campus, Hungarian oil company Mol's new headquarters, located within the BudaPart mixed-use project and built by Market Építő Zrt., is the highest office building in the country reaching 143 meters and offering 86,000 sqm of office and retail space. 

Colliers has taken over the management of more office buildings belonging to a joint venture of Investika realitní fond and Bud Holdings – Łużycka Office Park, and Łużycka Plus located in Gdynia. Thus, six office projects in the Tri-City have already come under the care of Colliers' management. Experts from the company's regional office will additionally be responsible for supporting the owner in the property’s commercialisation.

Globalworth has achieved the Access4you certification for its entire portfolio of almost half a million square meters consisting of 16 office buildings in Romania, becoming the first landlord to hold accessibility certification for wheelchair users, the elderly, people with limited mobility, and people with strollers. Colliers, the only Access4you partner for Romania, conducted the audits and completed the audit reports for Globalworth's entire building portfolio.

The existing two buildings of Centerpoint, owned by GTC and located in the heart of the largest office district in Budapest, are set to undergo a massive technical refurbishment which is to be completed next year. 

The first tenant has already moved into the downtown office building recently modernised by Defactoring Zrt. Located in District 9, the office building has been equipped with solar panels and smart devices.

Even though the increase in the amount of new office space in Prague in Q3 2022 was the lowest so far this year and no new construction even began, according to Colliers, there is no need to worry about a lack of offices. In the coming months, developers plan to start speculative construction of approximately 126,600 sqm in new space. Despite original assumptions, the office vacancy rate in Prague, unlike in neighbouring markets, is decreasing and has reached 8.1%. Gross realised demand for 137,700 sqm was the highest level so far in 2022, reported Colliers in their regular quarterly market survey.

CTP is constructing a brand-new office building in the premium office complex Vlněna, located on a former Brno brownfield site. It aspires to be the most modern building of this type in Central Europe. This 61-metre-high glass building will be located in the centre of the Moravian metropolis, will be completed by mid-2024 and will cost CZK 600 million (€24.65 million), the developer announced.

Zeitgeist Asset Management continues the complete reconstruction of the almost 100-year-old Dunaj Palace on Národní třída in the centre of Prague. The aim is to return the building to its original splendour and refinement from the 1920s. According to the developer, the spirit of the time in which the building was built will be preserved, but the building will be equipped with the most modern technologies of today. The developer announced that the building will be ready for occupation at the end of 2023.

Penta Real Estate has secured a bank loan of €74 million, or over CZK 1.8 billion, from two banks, ČSOB and Česká spořitelna, for the construction of the office part of the Nová Waltrovka project in Prague's Radlice district, the Czech News Agency reported.

Savills, along with its flexible office specialist Workthere.pl, anticipates that flex office stock in Europe will reach circa 20% of total office stock across the continent over the next 10 years. However, this will vary significantly by location and working culture, as the definition of what is considered ‘flex’ broadens.
