Resi Capital reports good sales for Warsaw resi tower

Resi Capital by Cavatina has recorded sales of more than 250 million złoty across 122 apartments at Liberty Tower, a 140-metre residential tower under construction on Grzybowska Street in central Warsaw, within six months of the project launching in February 2026. The pace of sales, exceeding 20 units per month, places the scheme among the fastest-selling residential projects in the premium segment in Poland. The building comprises 43 above-ground floors and 587 apartments ranging from 26 to 120 sqm, with completion scheduled for 2029.

Develia acquires land for over 1,600 homes across Poland

Polish residential developer Develia spent close to 174 million złoty on land acquisitions in the first half of 2026, securing plots for more than 1,600 homes in the Warsaw Metropolitan Area and Katowice. The seven purchases included sites in Białołęka for over 370 units, Bemowo for around 120 units, Pruszków for over 360 units, and a student residence of 360 rooms on Bielany. A plot in Katowice carries capacity for nearly 450 homes. Despite the pace of new project launches, the company's land bank stands at approximately 16,000 units.

RS Group completes residential project in Hradec Králové

RS Group has completed Rezidence U Sadů, a 54-unit residential building in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. The project, which won the Real Estate Project of the Year 2025 award for the Královéhradecký region, has seen 51 of its 54 apartments sold ahead of completion, with only three units remaining. Layouts range from studio to four-bedroom configurations.

Bratislava new-build sales rise as supply hits nine-year high

Bratislava's new-build residential market recorded 704 publicly sold apartments in Q2 2026, nearly 12% more than in Q1 2026 and the highest quarterly figure since Q2 2025, according to data from BuiltMind. The quarter-on-quarter increase followed a solid first quarter, where results were partly shaped by seasonal patterns. Demand remains above average and positive sales figures are visible across the market as a whole.

Łódź resi project nears completion near new city centre

ATAL launches 319-flat development in Poznań

Polish developer ATAL has launched sales at ATAL Unii Lubelskiej, a new residential project in Poznań's Rataje district. Located on ul. Heleny Tadeuszak, the development will deliver 319 flats ranging from 38 to 105 sqm — from compact two-room units to four-room family flats — with completion planned for Q2 2028. Prices range from PLN 10,700 to PLN 13,500 per sqm in developer-standard finish, with an optional turnkey fit-out available through the ATAL Design programme in Classic, Comfort and Premium packages.

New leases

  • UDH, one of Poland’s largest distributors of premium imported beers, has leased approximately 1,400 sq m of modern warehouse and office space at the Park Rysy Kraków distribution centre. The tenant, which has chosen to expand its operations in southern Poland, was once again represented by AXI IMMO.
  • Golden Star Estate has secured a long-term lease agreement with global technology solutions and consulting provider C&F for nearly 1,900 sqm of office space at the Konstruktorska Business Center. Following the transaction, the property, located in Warsaw’s Mokotów business district, is now almost fully leased. The Polish branch of C&F will officially relocate to the facility at the beginning of 2027.
  • Natland Group has committed to its long-term presence at Prague-based Rohan Business Center through a lease extension covering 2,004 sqm of office space, together with storage facilities and dedicated parking spaces, in a deal brokered by iO Partners.

New appointments

  • Indotek Group has announced the appointment of Diederik Bakker as Group Chief Investment Officer and Group Head of Asset Management. In his new role, the Dutch real estate investment professional will gradually assume responsibility for the company's ITAM (investment, transaction, and asset management) activities across 12 European countries, supporting the next phase of Indotek Group’s growth. His focus includes facilitating sound investment decisions across Europe and developing a group-level portfolio management strategy that combines local market knowledge with international asset management know-how.
  • Peakside Capital Advisors has appointed Bogi Gabrovic to advise the board and support its investment and acquisition activities in Poland. Gabrovic brings more than 25 years of CEE real estate experience to the role, having previously held senior executive positions at CTP, Golub & Company, and White Star Real Estate, where she managed transactions exceeding €2 billion.
  • Katarína Brydone, Jana Vlková and Vendula Maršová have been appointed as the first Equity Partners of Colliers’ Czech business. Brydone brings more than 20 years of experience in international real estate. Vlková has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Maršová, Partner and Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, brings more than 16 years of experience in real estate valuation and advisory.
