CPI Property Group completes Budapest office building

Balance Hall, a 16,000-sqm office building with a "Very Good" BREEAM certification, has been delivered in early December 2019 on Budapest's Váci Corridor. With this new addition, the Balance Office Park office complex has grown to nearly 35,000 sqm. CPI group reported an over 75% occupancy rate upon delivery, based on already signed contracts.

Panattoni expands Poznań park by 27,000 sqm

GTC starts construction of new Budapest project

Construction of the Pillar office building has begun in the Váci Road office corridor area of Budapest. The Class A office building of four blocks is being developed by GTC and will be occupied by ExxonMobil in Q1 2022. The office building will contain a two-level underground garage, a café, a restaurant, a nursery, a fitness centre. a conference room and other service facilities. Pillar – having a LEED Gold sustainability certificate – will have green and water surfaces at the entrance, and the inner garden of the block will be opened towards the city. The architectural plans for the asymmetrical and unique building with its wavering forms were designed by the ZDA-Zoboki Design & Architecture.

Mulberry Development to build hotel in Timișoara

Real estate developer Mulberry Development, controlled by businessman Ovidiu Șandor, has obtained the building permit for the Radisson Blu hotel in Timișoara. The 160-room hotel will be completed in 2021. The hotel will be operated by the Radisson Hotel Group.

Trei develops retail park in the Czech Republic

Trei Real Estate GmbH, a property developer and property asset holder of residential and retail real estate with activities across Europe, develops its sixth retail park of the Vendo Park brand in the Czech Republic. The property is located in the small town of Mnichovo Hradiste, which lies around one hour’s drive north-east of Prague. The total investment costs add up to €2.6 million and the completion is scheduled for Q2 2020. The company plans to keep the asset in its portfolio long-term.
