Scallier launches retail park in Ruda Śląska-Kochlowice

Scallier has begun commercialisation of a retail park to be developed in Ruda Śląska-Kochlowice on Józefa Piłsudskiego Street. The project is being developed by Merkury and is scheduled to open in spring 2028. The scheme will offer approximately 6,580 sqm of leasable space and 111 parking spaces, on a site of more than one hectare surrounded by single-family and multi-family residential buildings.

Quantum Real expands Gliwice project

CA Immo reports stable H1 2026 operations amid market headwinds

CA Immo recorded gross rental income of €104.8 million in the first half of 2026, down 16% year-on-year, reflecting a 16% reduction in leasable area following a high volume of property sales over the past 12 months. Net rental income fell 14% to €90.5 million, while EBITDA declined 15% to €76.3 million. Recurring earnings (FFO I) came in at €55.6 million, 12% below the prior-year figure of €62.9 million. The consolidated net result was €-1.4 million, compared with €31.3 million in H1 2025, with a market-driven revaluation loss of €53.7 million the primary drag. On the positive side, indirect expenses fell 11% to €18.5 million and financing costs dropped 26%, partly reflecting the repayment of a €350 million bond in October 2025 and a €150 million bond in March 2026. Looking ahead, CA Immo plans to continue to dispose of non-core assets in Austria and CEE

MLP Group reports 34% rental income rise in H1 2026

MLP Group recorded revenue of PLN 255.0 million (€60.0 million) in the first half of 2026, up 23% year on year, with rental income rising 34% to PLN 149.3 million (€35.1 million). EBITDA before revaluation grew 19% to PLN 126.0 million (€29.6 million), while net profit nearly doubled to PLN 156.4 million (€36.8 million). During the period, the group delivered 219,600 sqm of new space, bringing its total gross leasable area to 1.7 million sqm. Lease agreements covering approximately 97,700 sqm were signed in the first six months, generating €6.6 million in new annualised rent, and the vacancy rate remained below 5%.

New leases

  • UDH, one of Poland’s largest distributors of premium imported beers, has leased approximately 1,400 sq m of modern warehouse and office space at the Park Rysy Kraków distribution centre. The tenant, which has chosen to expand its operations in southern Poland, was once again represented by AXI IMMO.
  • Golden Star Estate has secured a long-term lease agreement with global technology solutions and consulting provider C&F for nearly 1,900 sqm of office space at the Konstruktorska Business Center. Following the transaction, the property, located in Warsaw’s Mokotów business district, is now almost fully leased. The Polish branch of C&F will officially relocate to the facility at the beginning of 2027.
  • Natland Group has committed to its long-term presence at Prague-based Rohan Business Center through a lease extension covering 2,004 sqm of office space, together with storage facilities and dedicated parking spaces, in a deal brokered by iO Partners.

New appointments

  • Indotek Group has announced the appointment of Diederik Bakker as Group Chief Investment Officer and Group Head of Asset Management. In his new role, the Dutch real estate investment professional will gradually assume responsibility for the company's ITAM (investment, transaction, and asset management) activities across 12 European countries, supporting the next phase of Indotek Group’s growth. His focus includes facilitating sound investment decisions across Europe and developing a group-level portfolio management strategy that combines local market knowledge with international asset management know-how.
  • Peakside Capital Advisors has appointed Bogi Gabrovic to advise the board and support its investment and acquisition activities in Poland. Gabrovic brings more than 25 years of CEE real estate experience to the role, having previously held senior executive positions at CTP, Golub & Company, and White Star Real Estate, where she managed transactions exceeding €2 billion.
  • Katarína Brydone, Jana Vlková and Vendula Maršová have been appointed as the first Equity Partners of Colliers’ Czech business. Brydone brings more than 20 years of experience in international real estate. Vlková has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Maršová, Partner and Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, brings more than 16 years of experience in real estate valuation and advisory.
