Duna House has released its monthly estimate of residential property transactions and mortgage market data. According to the report, approximately 12,200 homes changed ownership across Hungary in March, while housing-purpose mortgage loans were concluded with a total contractual value of €310 million (HUF 125 billion)

Romanian developer One United Properties said it sold and pre-sold apartments with a combined value of €274.9 million during 2023, up by 63% year-on-year.

Hungarian property developer and investor Indotek Group has appointed Tamás Simon as the new Sales and Leasing Director. He will be responsible for leasing spaces in offices, warehouses and logistics centres managed by the Group. He will continue to oversee the leasing activities of the retail centres owned by Indotek. 

In the first half of 2021, Echo Investment sold 907 apartments in Poland, improving its sales by almost 40 pct on the same period last year.
