Panattoni has finished the construction of a logistics centre in Iłowa district (western Poland) for Hermes Fulfilment. This is the first project that has been built for the company in Poland and is also the largest centre of its type in the Hermes Group portfolio. 

Panattoni is developing another BTS project for K-Flex – an international manufacturer of elastomeric thermal and acoustic insulation materials. A seventh building of 20,000 sqm in the warehousing and manufacturing complex in Uniejów will be completed in June this year. 

Panattoni has been granted financing to develop a factory for global lighting producer Trilux. The loan of €18.3 million was granted by Alior Bank.

The Group aims to at least double its revenue to €183-215 million in 2028, triple its EBITDA (excluding revaluations) within five years to €112–132 million in 2028, nearly triple funds from operations (FFO) to €51–60 million in 2028, and at least double its net asset value (NAV) per share to €48–56 million in 2028.

Peakside Capital Advisors has achieved two BREEAM IN-USE certifications at the "Very Good" level for over 50,000 square meters of warehouse-office space at Logistics Point Raszyn and Logistics Point Piaseczno. The attained rating results from the successful modernization of fully commercialized logistic centres near Warsaw. 

Panattoni has acquired financing for the development of its latest development in Western Pomerania. The €20 million loan was granted by mBank. Panattoni Park Szczecin V will comprise 30,000 sqm of which around a third has already been leased to a client from the food and hospitality sector.

Faedra Group, acting as developer and general contractor, has successfully sold its new, fully leased greenfield logistics development Faedra22 in Budapest. Throughout the marketing process, a German capital source was selected as the ideal buyer, Colliers reports. Selling Faedra 22 logistics park marks the first sizeable transaction by a foreign buyer in Hungary in 2024 so far.

P3´s hall with an area of 42,331 sqm and an atypical floor plan is capable of accommodating an entire train unit. It is located in Lovosice Cargo, Czech Republic.

Having secured the necessary building permit, the 7R Group is set to launch its first warehouse development in the Czech Republic. 7R Park Lavičky D1 Highway is strategically located along the Prague-Brno connecting road.

Hillwood Poland’s 15 buildings have been certified BREEAM In Use at the Excellent level, completing the certification for the company’s entire portfolio. Obtaining the certificates was the result of cooperation with JWA, a consulting firm specializing in green solutions for commercial real estate.
