Panattoni has launched construction work on a new centre – Panattoni Park Bieruń I. The project has an area of almost 20,000 sqm and is located near to Silesia’s main transport arteries. Already, the first tenant has been found for the centre – Sport-Shop.pl, which will occupy 13,000 sqm. The construction work is scheduled for completion in February 2025.

Hauser, a refrigeration furniture and technology supplier, has leased new premises in Garbe Park České Budějovice. Development company Garbe is now arranging a permit for customising spaces for the client. 

Hungarian property investor Faedra Group has successfully raised €17 million, with the proceeds set to finance the group's new local logistics-industrial developments in the coming years.

The Industrial parks investor Accolade has issued green bonds in the Czech currency. The planned issue of CZK 1.5 billion (€120 million) has been sold out within a week.

Weerts Logistics Park (WLP), which has a Belgian-Hungarian ownership background, has reached the highest point for the first phase of 22,000 sqm of the new logistics project spanning 55,000 sqm that is developed in the neighbourhood of Debrecen, in Ebes.

Panattoni has completed the commercialisation of Panattoni Park Koluszki and launched work to extend the centre by 14,000 sqm. The centre’s current tenants Kamoka and Pet Republic have taken the decision to lease the additional space.

Cummins Generator Technologies Romania has extended its lease for 17,000 sqm of production and storage spaces in CTPark Craiova, in a deal brokered by Colliers Romania. 

Romanian developer Transilvania Construcții is recording a 45% increase in the demand for offices within its industrial portfolio in Romania.

A new hall within Arete Park Zdice has been completed and handed over to its tenant, the Czech branch of the logistics service provider Kuehne+Nagel. After the opening of the new building, the total leasable standing area of the park in Zdice has increased by more than 41% to 24,808 sqm.

Panattoni has reached another milestone in the development of Wrocław South Logistics Hub. As a result of a new contract, one of its current tenants – a leading e-commerce operator – is to increase the size of its leased space by an additional 125,000 sqm. After the planned expansion, the tenant will occupy 180,000 sqm, or 70 pct of the park’s eventual total area.
