Logicor has extended its lease agreement with PepsiCo Polska for ca. 58,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Logicor Mszczonów Park near Warsaw. The site is PepsiCo’s largest distribution centre in Poland.

Developer Concens Investments has started construction of Phase II of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (OAMP) project, located near Ostrava's Leoš Janáček Airport in Mošnov. Its completion is scheduled in Q3 this year.

Nagel-Group, one of Europe’s leading companies in food logistics, will lease one of the buildings within LemonTree’s Booster Zabrze complex. The tenant will move into the facility in the second quarter of 2025. The agreement between the companies has been signed for a 15-year term.

Panattoni has launched construction on a new project in Western Pomerania (northern Poland). Panattoni Park Szczecin V is to reach a size of 30,000 sqm and already its first tenant has been found.  A company from the catering industry has leased 8,600 sqm.

Infogroup has completed a new industrial hall spanning 15,000 sqm in IGPark Kecskemét South and development for a new building in the same project will start later this year.

CTP has purchased an 85,000 sqm investment plot in the Wiskitki municipality near Warsaw. The acquisition of this land, located just 10km away from the planned Central Transport Port, will allow the company to expand the CTPark Warsaw West complex with an additional 36,000 sqm of leasable space. JLL was responsible for coordinating the purchase of the new land.

With 2.32 million sqm of industrial and logistics space under construction, Poland is the top European market for development activity, says the latest quarterly report from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Panattoni has been granted bank financing for Panattoni Park Zgierz. The €23.3 million loan was issued by PKO Bank Polski.

Prime Logistics Wrocław and logistics service provider LX Pantos have signed a lease for 100,000 sqm. The transaction saw LX Pantos renegotiate its contract and expand to a new building to consolidate its warehouse space in a single location. This marks the largest warehouse deal in Poland this year. LX Pantos was advised by Cushman & Wakefield. CBRE advised the owner of Prime Logistics Wrocław, Brookfield Properties.

VGP has started the construction of Hall B in VGP Park České Budějovice, located on the outskirts of the South Bohemian metropolis in the Světlík commercial zone, earlier this year. The "Small business units" concept represents a solution for small and medium-sized companies.
