Panattoni has signed a lease contract for over 16,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Goleniów I with logistics operator Fiege. With this deal, the entire 60,000 sqm park has been fully commercialised.

Industrial developer VGP has completed a new warehouse spanning 32,768 sqm in its Timișoara-based park, with more than half of its surface already leased by Continental Tires. 

CTP Clubhaus in Bucharest, for which ADP provided sustainability consulting and certification services, has won the BREEAM Award for the most sustainable non-residential building.

Panattoni has launched construction work on a new centre – Panattoni Park Bieruń I. The project has an area of almost 20,000 sqm and is located near to Silesia’s main transport arteries. Already, the first tenant has been found for the centre – Sport-Shop.pl, which will occupy 13,000 sqm. The construction work is scheduled for completion in February 2025.

Hauser, a refrigeration furniture and technology supplier, has leased new premises in Garbe Park České Budějovice. Development company Garbe is now arranging a permit for customising spaces for the client. 

Hungarian property investor Faedra Group has successfully raised €17 million, with the proceeds set to finance the group's new local logistics-industrial developments in the coming years.

The Industrial parks investor Accolade has issued green bonds in the Czech currency. The planned issue of CZK 1.5 billion (€120 million) has been sold out within a week.

Weerts Logistics Park (WLP), which has a Belgian-Hungarian ownership background, has reached the highest point for the first phase of 22,000 sqm of the new logistics project spanning 55,000 sqm that is developed in the neighbourhood of Debrecen, in Ebes.

Panattoni has completed the commercialisation of Panattoni Park Koluszki and launched work to extend the centre by 14,000 sqm. The centre’s current tenants Kamoka and Pet Republic have taken the decision to lease the additional space.

Cummins Generator Technologies Romania has extended its lease for 17,000 sqm of production and storage spaces in CTPark Craiova, in a deal brokered by Colliers Romania.
