Euronics, an electronics and appliances retailer, has signed a contract for nearly 28.000 sqm of warehouse space in CTP's CTPark Budapest East industrial park in Üllő, Hungary. Euronics will develop a fully automated warehouse right next to Lenovo's first European factory. The building is scheduled to start operations in early 2022.

Panattoni has launched work on its 21st park in Lower Silesia. The developer has started the construction of Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South, which is to have an area of 18,000 sqm. The investment has already attracted its first tenant from the logistics sector, which will occupy more than 4,600 sqm. The facility is to be completed this year, in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, close to the Wrocław Południe junction between the A4 motorway and the S8, providing an connection with the main logistics centres across Poland and Europe.

Griffin Real Estate and Madison International Realty announced a joint venture for their two first investments together in Germany. With Griffin’s development partner, Panattoni, the firms will develop two build-to-suit properties, with footprint area of over 7,000 sqm and 9,100 sqm respectively, that have been leased to Amazon on a 15-year lease with combined investment volume over €80 million.

Speedwell, in cooperation with Belgian partner LCV, launches SpacePlus, its first project on the industrial market. SpacePlus comes with units for light industrial and/or logistical usage, addressing corporate tenants that are searching for standardized storage or production units, flexibility in configuration and various additional services/features. The first location is in north-western Bucharest, with direct access from the ring road and close to the exit towards the A1 highway on the one hand, and easy access to and from the city centre of Bucharest via Sos. Chitilei or Blvd. Iuliu Maniu, on the other.

Logicor has completed the construction of a dedicated logistics facility, which will be one of the distribution centers for medicinal products and derivatives on the hospital and pharmaceutical market. The investment with an area of ​​17,960 sqm was established in the Pass Industrial Zone in Błonie near Warsaw. It was implemented in accordance with the BREEAM Very Good standard and with the use of many additional ecological solutions.  

CTP has provided tailor-made logistics space to international technology and services provider Bosch. The company has leased a distribution centre in one of the largest industrial parks in the Czech Republic. Bosch will move its operations from the Netherlands to CTPark Bor in Western Bohemia, where it will have over 15,000 sqm of lettable area.

Panattoni has launched construction work on Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III. The project is already 95 pct leased, with one of the future tenants being midocean, an industry-leading wholesaler of personalised promotional products, textiles and business gifts across the continent. The tenant has leased over 40,000 sqm for its main European logistics and printing centre. midocean is to use numerous sustainable solutions such as heat recovery systems, and solar panels and is to move into its new centre in the middle of 2022.

Construction of the first of two warehouse buildings in 7R Park Łódź West II complex is nearing completion. The building has been leased to two tenants. MDH, a subsidiary of the Meyra Group, will soon start its operations in the location. The company produces and sells orthotic supplies for people with movement disorders. During the lease process MDH was supported by the consulting company Axi Immo. VESBO Poland, a distributor of sanitary installations and water filters, has also chosen this location in Łódź

MLP Group, industrial developer operating across the European warehouse property market (in Poland, Germany, Austria and Romania) has just purchased a 12-ha land plot at Spiżowa Street in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Located in the western part of the city, 900 m from the S3 road junction and 9 km away from the city centre, it will accommodate MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski, a modern logistics and distribution centre.

Austrian privately held development company Karimpol Group officially launched the construction of the Squarebizz project in Bratislava. The first phase consists of 15,000 sqm of retail, storage, service and showroom facilities accompanied by up to 2,000 sqm of offices in three separate buildings. A second construction phase will extend the Squarebizz Bory by another 15,000 sqm of modern flexible space plus offices.
