Prologis closed 2025 with strong results in Slovakia, achieving 95% occupancy and outperforming the market average of 92%. The logistics real estate company secured 24 lease transactions totalling 135,000 sqm and maintained an 83% retention rate.

European Logistics Investment (Eli) has finalised a lease renewal and expansion at its Warsaw Airport Park in Janki with Rohlig Suus Logistics. Under the agreement, Rohlig Suus Logistics extended its lease for the next 15 years and will expand to approximately 48,000 sqm, consolidating operations and becoming the sole occupier of the park's north building.

Stoneweg has completed three lease regears totalling 17,000 sqm across its industrial portfolio in the Czech Republic on behalf of Stoneweg European Real Estate Investment Trust (Sert). The leases were agreed in line with the previous passing rent.
