Nowa Szkoła, a company specialising in furnishing schools, kindergartens and nurseries, has decided to renegotiate its lease agreement and expand its operations within the Central European Logistics Hub (CELH) in Łódź. 

Iglotex, one of Poland's producers and distributors of frozen food, has leased 9,260 sqm of space at P3 Błonie under a five-year contract.

Industrial developer 7R has allocated 96% of net proceeds from its green bond issuances to financing seven projects within the green buildings category, according to its newly published Green Bond Allocation and Impact Report. 

MX Logistika has successfully secured a major logistics facility covering over 78,000 sqm at P3 Bratislava D2. 

Total industrial demand in Slovakia exhibited robust growth both year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter, climbing to 301,800 sqm, according to the Industrial Research Forum. Net demand, which excludes lease renegotiations, accounted for 100,800 sqm of that figure. 

P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a 19.2-hectare plot in Gliwice and plans to build P3 Gliwice Logistics Park with nearly 100,000 sqm of space, including 94,000 sqm of warehouse space and 4,700 sqm of office space.

MLP Group has kicked off the development of MLP Business Park Poznan complex, comprising three office and warehouse facilities with a combined leasable area of 14,000 sqm.

The industrial stock in the Czech Republic reached 13.28 million sqm by the end of 2025, according to the Industrial Research Forum. Gross take-up jumped to 642,000 sqm in Q4, with annual volumes reaching nearly 2.1 million sqm.

Electrolux Poland has extended its lease agreement at MLP Pruszków I logistics centre, retaining 26,678 sqm of warehouse space and 310 sqm of modern office space.

Harden Construction has completed construction of the Panattoni Park Poznań XIV complex in Głuchów near Poznań. The project comprises two modern warehouse buildings with a total area of over 22,000 sqm, fully delivered to tenants including a Polish e-commerce leader and companies Gasa Group and Markat Plus.
