7R has signed a long-term lease agreement with Profile Vox for more than 20,000 sqm of warehouse and production space in Pobiedziska, near Poznań. The facility, developed under a built-to-suit formula, combines a warehouse with a production area designed to meet high standards for insulation and energy efficiency.

MLP Group has completed a €350 million green bond issuance with a 5-year maturity and fixed coupon of 4.75%, in an offering attracted strong demand and was oversubscribed.

Industrial developer Panattoni has secured €24 million in financing from Bank Pekao for the construction of Panattoni Park Białystok III, currently the only Class A facility available to tenants in the Podlaskie Voivodeship.

Industrial developer VGP has placed its fourth green bond for €600 million, paying a 4% annual coupon and maturing on 16 January 2032.

Poland's industrial and logistics sector remained one of the most stable segments of the commercial real estate market at the end of 2025. Despite a clear slowdown in new supply, tenant activity remained high, while key market indicators such as vacancy rates and rental levels remained stable. Axi Immo analysts point out that the market has entered a phase of equilibrium, where decisions are made more cautiously but are driven by companies' operational needs.

Jet Investment, the Czech investment and fund management company, has acquired a logistics project in Poland for €50 million.

MLP Group launched construction of two buildings totalling 30,000 sqm at the MLP Pruszków II park near Warsaw in Q4 2025. The company has already secured lease agreements for 30% of the space.

Eika Asset Management (EAM) has completed the first phase of its North Warsaw Nowy Modlin logistics centre near Warsaw. The Warsaw North Logistic Park facility spans over 28,000 sqm and has received its occupancy permit, with Kajima Poland serving as general contractor for the €70 million project.

Czech investment group Arete has secured €30 million financing from PKO Bank Polski for its Arete Park Rzeszów project, a modern logistics and distribution complex. The Class A logistics park offers nearly 90,000 sqm of gross leasable area.
