Electrolux Poland has extended its lease agreement at MLP Pruszków I logistics centre, retaining 26,678 sqm of warehouse space and 310 sqm of modern office space.

Harden Construction has completed construction of the Panattoni Park Poznań XIV complex in Głuchów near Poznań. The project comprises two modern warehouse buildings with a total area of over 22,000 sqm, fully delivered to tenants including a Polish e-commerce leader and companies Gasa Group and Markat Plus.

Industrial developer Panattoni has secured a €42 million loan from BNP Paribas Bank Polska for the construction of two warehouses as part of the Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II complex.

Garbe Industrial has partnered with Fortress Real Estate Investments to develop a 61,000 sqm logistics centre in Bucharest.  The joint venture represents Garbe's first development in Romania and Fortress's second project in the country.

Panattoni started projects in Poland totalling about 840,000 sqm, worth nearly €650 million in 2025. The developer leased close to 1.5 million sqm of space and sold 19 projects to international investors, showing strong market momentum and growing demand for modern industrial space.

Terranova Logistic Park, located on Șoseaua București-Târgoviște in northern Bucharest at the intersection with the city's ring road, was acquired by a group of investors active on the local market, for an undisclosed sum.

Accolade Group is entering its second joint project with Garbe Industrial Real Estate in the Czech Republic by investing in the development of Garbe Park Klášterec nad Ohří II, which will offer 55,000 sqm of modern industrial space upon completion. The investment exceeds €60 million, supporting the economy of the Ústí Region and the country.

Panattoni is implementing the second stage of its investment in Szczecin, building nearly 14,000 sqm as part of Panattoni Park Szczecin V. The developer has signed a lease agreement for nearly 4,300 sqm of new space with a global logistics industry leader.

Recorde Asset Management and Panattoni Hungary have secured full lease commitment for their joint development Panattoni Park Moson in Mosonmagyaróvár, located at the Austrian-Hungarian-Slovak triple border next to the M1 motorway.

7R has signed a long-term lease agreement with Profile Vox for more than 20,000 sqm of warehouse and production space in Pobiedziska, near Poznań. The facility, developed under a built-to-suit formula, combines a warehouse with a production area designed to meet high standards for insulation and energy efficiency.
