European Logistics Investment (Eli) has finalised a lease renewal and expansion at its Warsaw Airport Park in Janki with Rohlig Suus Logistics. Under the agreement, Rohlig Suus Logistics extended its lease for the next 15 years and will expand to approximately 48,000 sqm, consolidating operations and becoming the sole occupier of the park's north building.

Stoneweg has completed three lease regears totalling 17,000 sqm across its industrial portfolio in the Czech Republic on behalf of Stoneweg European Real Estate Investment Trust (Sert). The leases were agreed in line with the previous passing rent.

Industrial developer CTP recorded gross rental income of €759.8 million in 2025, up 14.4% year-on-year with like-for-like rental growth of 4.5%.

Interest in investing in local industrial real estate reached over €800 million, more than the last three years combined, according to a report by Colliers.
