Eika Asset Management (EAM) has completed the first phase of its North Warsaw Nowy Modlin logistics centre near Warsaw. The Warsaw North Logistic Park facility spans over 28,000 sqm and has received its occupancy permit, with Kajima Poland serving as general contractor for the €70 million project.

Czech investment group Arete has secured €30 million financing from PKO Bank Polski for its Arete Park Rzeszów project, a modern logistics and distribution complex. The Class A logistics park offers nearly 90,000 sqm of gross leasable area.

Harden Construction, a general contractor specialising in industrial facilities, completed projects totalling 1 million sqm over the past five years.

Industrial developer Panattoni has acquired a 9-hectare plot in Zakrzów and will build the Panattoni Park Kraków East VI project, which will include two facilities: an 11,000 sqm BTS building for a logistics operator and a 16,000 sqm speculative warehouse.

Industrial developer Panattoni has completed the sale of Panattoni Park Koluszki to DL Invest Group for €29 million. The transaction covers a fully leased warehouse and production facility in a strategic location in central Poland.

Fiege Szállítmányozási és Logisztikai Kft. has signed a lease for an additional 33,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Moson in Hungary, bringing its total commitment to approximately 51,000 sqm across two buildings. The German logistics company had previously pre-let 18,000 sqm and has now secured the remaining 10,000 sqm of the first building, plus a full second warehouse.

Elhurt Plus, a Polish electrical equipment distributor, has completed the sale of its logistics complex in Bochnia to commercial property investor DL Invest Group.

Fiege Szállítmányozási és Logisztikai has signed a lease for an additional 33,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Moson in Hungary. The company will now occupy approximately 51,000 sqm across two buildings, having expanded from its initial 18,000 sqm pre-let to include the remaining 10,000 sqm of the first building and a complete second warehouse.

Panattoni has completed the sale of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska IV, a 32,000 sqm logistics facility in Upper Silesia, to Rysy Properties. The facility is leased to Solo midocean, a European leader in promotional products.

Industrial developer CTP has signed a lease agreement with Procter & Gamble (P&G) for a new 37,000 sqm logistics and production facility at CTParku Prague North.
