Peakside Capital Advisors has started construction of Building B within the City Point Targówek complex, an urban logistics and light industrial park within the city limits of Warsaw. The facility will deliver more than 12,400 sqm of warehouse and light industrial space, addressing demand from businesses seeking flexible operational units in well-connected urban locations.

Building B has been designed for companies requiring premises within the city, without the need for large-scale logistics facilities. The development will comprise nine units ranging from 860 sqm to 2,000 sqm, each featuring office and staff facilities alongside infrastructure suitable for warehousing, logistics and light manufacturing. Construction is scheduled for completion in Q1 2027.

"We continue to see demand for compact warehouse and light industrial units that enable businesses to grow within the city, close to customers and employees. This type of space is currently among the most sought-after segments of the market, while supply remains limited," said Olga Wałkiewicz, Leasing Director at Peakside Capital Advisors.

The facility will include a photovoltaic installation, energy-efficient building systems, cycling infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations. It will provide approximately 120 parking spaces, employee break areas, covered bicycle shelters and solutions supporting energy and water management. The building will target triple certification under Breeam, Leed and Well HSR.

City Point Targówek will ultimately provide approximately 100,000 sqm of warehouse, production and service space. The development is being delivered on revitalised post-industrial land and forms part of the urban logistics portfolio developed by the joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors, combining urban logistics, light manufacturing and specialist activities.
