Electronics outlet operator IPrice-RECARE has leased nearly 29,000 sqm at VGP Park Vyškov, where it will consolidate its logistics and administrative capacity.
IPrice-RECARE specialises in selling surplus stock, returned goods and refurbished electronics and appliances for home, flat and garden. Its mission is to give used devices a second life and reduce CO2 emissions. The new lease will allow the growing company to centralise its capacity and build a logistics and distribution centre for the whole of the Czech Republic.
VGP Park Vyškov is located on the northern edge of the town in the Marchanice industrial zone, around 40 kilometres from Brno. The town benefits from access to the D1 and D46 motorways, which provide connections to Prague, Brno, Olomouc and Ostrava, while a link to the main railway line adds to the location's appeal.
VGP operates assets in 18 European countries, both directly and through several 50:50 joint ventures. As of December 2025, VGP's gross asset value (including joint ventures at 100%) stood at €8.7 billion.
