Industrial developer CTP has announced TAS Logistyka has expanded its footprint at CTPark Warsaw South in Poland, taking almost 15,500 sqm of new warehouse space at the logistics park.

Generali Fond Realit has acquired the Garbe Progresus Park Klášterec I logistics facility in the Czech Republic from Garbe and Progresus.The investment fund, managed by Generali Investments CEE and advised by Generali Real Estate, completed the purchase of the 18,500 sqm property located in the Ústí nad Labem region between Chomutov and Klášterec nad Ohří.

7R has obtained the building permit for 7R Hub Nowa Huta, a logistics and industrial park in Kraków. The project comprises three buildings totalling approximately 230,000 sqm and negotiations with potential tenants are already underway.

Panattoni has started construction of Panattoni Park Białystok III, a 32,000 sqm logistics facility set for completion in Q1 2026. Four tenants have already signed lease agreements for the development.

Garbe has started construction of a new 55,000 sqm hall at Garbe Park Klášterec nad Ohří II, with global consumer goods company Reckitt becoming the anchor tenant. The British multinational has leased 35,000 sqm of industrial space under a ten-year agreement and will move in during the Q2 2026.

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has been appointed as the exclusive advisor for the sale of a 37-hectare land plot from the former Electroputere industrial platform in central-eastern Craiova. The property presents development potential for residential, retail, logistics, or light industrial projects.

The Czech Republic's industrial real estate market continues its recovery, with 130,800 sqm of new space completed in Q3 2025, bringing the total market size to almost 12.9 million sqm. This represents a 5% year-on-year increase, according to Colliers.

Polish logistics company Uniq Logistic has leased approximately 9,400 sqm of new warehouse space at MLP Łódź, increasing its total leased space from MLP Group to more than 47,000 sqm across the MLP Łódź and MLP Pruszków II complexes.

Ares Management Corporation has announced the consolidation of its global logistics real estate platforms under a single brand, Marq Logistics. The newly launched brand will represent Ares' vertically integrated global logistics real estate platform managing facilities that total more than 600 million sqm across the Americas, Europe and APAC.

CTP has begun construction of a new 38,000 sqm building at CTPark Brno South, with ABB as the key tenant. The global electrical engineering company will occupy over 17,000 sqm for low-voltage switchgear production and a development centre, creating up to 60 new jobs initially.
