The logistics arm of Biggeorge Property will start a huge project on the outskirts of Budapest, the company announced on LinkedIn. The complex is aimed to serve different clients with different needs. 

At the turn of the year, property development and investment company Crestyl bought a residential housing project in Prague Radlice, in the vicinity of Radlická Street, from developer Red Group. The project in Prague 5, which has already been granted planning permission, will include over 150 apartments. The price of the transaction was not disclosed and the investment was made without the involvement of bank financing, Crestyl said.

Ghelamco has announced the sale of office buildings together with a retail and service passage in The Warsaw HUB complex. Google Poland is the purchaser, one of the main tenants of the building.

Cavatina Holding S.A. has placed in the public offering 3.5-year bonds with a value of over PLN 40 million. Debt securities of one of the largest developers of office space in Poland will go to approx. 560 investors.

The Robyg Group wants to increase the share of apartments for rent in its offer. In line with the strategy, by 2024, it plans to allocate about 4,500 apartments for rent. It also plans to expand its operations to other cities in Poland, the chairman of the supervisory board Oscar Kazanelson announced.

The average asking price for apartments in Romania gained 0.8% in February to €1,609 per sqm compared to the same period of last year. Over the past 12 months, the average increase of prices stood at 18.5%, according to property classifieds platform Imobiliare.ro.
