As a result of the war in Ukraine, almost all companies are dealing with completely new situations and facing unexpected problems. The experts of the first panel of Bratislava Property Forum 2022 discussed how investment strategies have to adapt to the new situation.

Romanian developer Nordis Group says it will deliver this year up to 1,000 hotel rooms and residential units in its project located in the Mamaia seaside resort. 

The 92-room building is the first Mercure hotel in Białystok. The central element of the hotel is giant bison - the symbol of the region.

The Getberg development company is now starting to build a new residential project Forest Views in Dařbož near Prague. Another project is in the pipeline in Dubí and two projects near the capital - in Strančice u Říčany and Unhošt' - are currently being completed, Getberg announced.
