Romanian developer Transilvania Construcții has purchased an industrial park in Arad from Comalim in a deal estimated at around €3.5 million. 

A stagnating market, stable prices of quality properties and further inflation of the rental housing bubble. These are the key trends of the Prague residential market at the end of last year, according to an analysis by Svoboda & Williams.

GLP has completed the development of another logistics park near Warsaw. The 24,000 sqm GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre is located next to the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Junction of Motorway A2. The logistics company No Limit will be its sole tenant.

Auto Partner, one of the largest auto parts distributors in Poland, has leased 30,000 sqm of modern commercial space at MLP Zgorzelec. It will be the first tenant in a new logistics centre being built near the border with Germany and the Czech Republic. With the new transaction, the total space leased by this auto parts distributor and importer in MLP Group facilities has increased to nearly 60,000 sqm.

Property group NEPI Rockcastle, the largest owner of shopping centres in Romania, has secured a green loan totalling €‎60 million for Ploiești Shopping City from a syndicate of banks. 

Romanian developer STC Partners has secured bank financing from Banca Transilvania for the first phase of Quartier Azuga residential project in Bucharest worth €6 million. 

The current economic downturn may result in more mergers and acquisitions in most of the CEE countries. Owners of some hotels and retail centres may divest their assets to minimize loss.
