BIG Poland has confirmed that a new 2,900 sqm building for Bricomarché will open at BIG Myszków retail park later this year. The company is also planning a further expansion of 6,000 sqm of retail space. The announcements were made during a community event held to mark the rebranding of the retail park.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has extended an additional €25 million loan to Resi4Rent, Poland’s largest institutional rental housing platform, bringing its total investment in the company to €100 million. Prime Kapital Resi has 500 homes under construction in Romania, after having delivered 1,650 homes across three Romanian cities between Q1 2022 and Q4 2024. 

Shell has renewed its lease at the DOT Park office complex in Kraków, signing for over 22,800 sqm across three buildings. The deal is the largest office lease in Poland in the first half of 2025 and the biggest single office transaction ever recorded in Kraków. Shell has operated at DOT Park since 2015, where its business operations centre employs more than 5,000 people.
