GLP has begun construction of a new 38,000 sqm warehouse near the eastern border of Warsaw, close to the A2 motorway junction. The development will contribute to a reduction in CO2 emissions through the implementation of heat pumps, enhanced insulation, and smart metering.

Romanian developer Alsin Management will kick off the construction of a villa complex in northern Bucharest, in parallel with the development of a residential complex. Both projects are based in Pipera.

The construction of a brand-new facility at the MLP Poznań logistics centre, built-to-suit for HAVI Logistics, is already underway. The project involves developing over 16,000 sqm of new space..
