TVH, a supplier of parts and accessories for material handling, industrial, construction and agricultural machines, has leased nearly 17,000 sqm of modern space at Prologis Park Ruda Śląska in Silesia region of southern Poland. Cushman & Wakefield provided assistance during the choice of location, negotiations and lease strategy development.

B+N Group has recently announced a significant acquisition, enabling the Hungarian-owned company group to enter the market of Europe’s largest economy. Following the integration of the KÖBERL Group in Germany, the company specializing in facility management and cleaning will operate in nine countries, serving both private-sector actors and major public-sector clients. Even though the volume of commercial real estate delivered to the market in 2024 was below average, the Czech market did not freeze and maintained its activity. This was mainly thanks to the Czech capital, according to Colliers' experts, and this trend will continue in 2025.

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) has underwritten an investment facility for a retail portfolio in Poland for Pine Bridge Benson Elliot. The portfolio consists of three shopping centres in Łódź, Toruń and Kraków in Poland. 

Geosan Development has received building permission for its new housing project Benkova Residence in Chodov, Prague. The boutique project includes two villas.

Kajima Europe completed the sale of its prime logistics scheme in Zabrze, Poland. Generali Group acquired the asset in December 2024. The price has not been revealed.
