The Nové nádvorie Dúbravka project, located adjacent to the tram axis, is being developed by JTRE and is currently awaiting an EIA assessment.
The two apartment buildings were designed by architects as seven-floor buildings with the same floor plan and the same layout on typical floors. On the ground floor of one of the houses, there will be retail spaces, and on the side of Trhová Street, there will be larger apartment units with their front gardens. These will also be located in the second building on the ground floor, as they are in demand by clients and there are few of them on the real estate market.
The third 11-floor apartment building will offer larger apartments with terraces on the top floor. The ground floor will be completed with retail spaces. The project will preserve and protect the existing greenery along Saratovska Street and reflect on the requirements of sustainability and reduced energy consumption.
