CPI Property Group has published its audited financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2023, confirming a stable market environment with high occupancy figures. On the other side, the figures have shown a considerable net loss of €877 million, driven predominantly by a non-cash negative revaluation result. Property Forum asked CPIPG spokesman Jakub Velen to comment on the figures and provide an outlook for the year ahead.

Panattoni is developing another BTS project for K-Flex – an international manufacturer of elastomeric thermal and acoustic insulation materials. A seventh building of 20,000 sqm in the warehousing and manufacturing complex in Uniejów will be completed in June this year.

Design and construction consulting office Obermeyer Helika has completed and handed over the documentation for the construction of the Semerínka residential project in Prague 5 Radlice developed by Crestyl. The construction of the project has started.

Romanian developer One United Properties has purchased a 21-hectare land plot in Bucharest for an undisclosed amount. The company plans to start a new residential development that will feature around 5,000 homes.

CTP has increased its total lettable area in the Czech Republic to over 4 million sqm, reaching a 27% share of the Czech industrial real estate market.

New office deliveries in regional cities totaled 83,000 sqm in 2023 and the total leasable area has climbed close to 1.1 million sqm, according to a Cushman & Wakefield report. Offices in regional cities of the likes of Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara and Brașov represent around 30% of the corresponding total in Bucharest.

Noerr and Kinstellar have announced that Noerr’s practices in Budapest, Bratislava, Bucharest and Prague are to be transferred to Kinstellar.

Construction work on a record number of public buildings is planned by the Czech capital city this year. In addition to the city, the state is also participating as an investor in more than a dozen projects in the field of transport infrastructure or public space. The total investment costs of individual projects are reaching almost CZK 50 billion (€1,97 billion).
