CPI Property Group (CPIPG) has launched the next stage of modernisation at the Eurocentrum-Alfa office building in Warsaw, part of the Eurocentrum Office Complex. Following earlier investment in HVAC and building management systems, work is now beginning on a full refurbishment of the lobby area.

The project includes replacing floors, ceilings and lighting, with integration into an advanced DALI control system. The new lobby will feature updated furniture, extensive greenery and improved thermal comfort with modern temperature control systems.

“Alfa is a building with character, but it requires refreshing. The new lobby is more than just an aesthetic change – it’s about comfort and quality that tenants now expect. We are focusing on functionality, sustainable solutions and creating a welcoming environment. The interior design will also reflect the modern spaces across the Eurocentrum complex,” said Karol Wojnarowski, Senior Project Architect at CPI Property Group Poland.

In 2024, CPIPG replaced the chillers and steam humidifiers and modernised the building management system, optimising operations based on CO₂, humidity and solar sensors. The Alfa building has been under consistent modernisation since CPIPG acquired it in 2022 and is managed under the company’s in-house Quality Management programme.

Built in 2002, Eurocentrum-Alfa is a 21-floor glass tower and part of a four-building business centre with 81,500 sqm of space. The complex includes dining, retail and services, and benefits from its location on Al. Jerozolimskie, close to bus and train stations and with convenient access to the airport and city centre. The building holds a BREEAM Very Good environmental certification.

CPIPG owns and manages 20 office buildings in Warsaw with a total area of more than 516,000 sqm and a value of €1.6 billion.
