Fashion House Group will deliver in late June the second phase of its outlet centre in the Pallady area, eastern Bucharest, following an investment of €45 million.

The company recorded a 19% increase in NOI to €423 million (2022: €357 million), attributed to portfolio expansion and increasing rent levels. On a like-for-like basis, NOI rose by 6%, driven by lease indexation and strong re-leasing spreads, with new effective rents averaging 23% higher when compared to prior leases on the same space. An enhanced EBITDA margin of 83% was achieved, reflecting the company’s strategic focus on growth, efficient re-leasing, and operational efficiency.

More than 60% of Polish consumers do their larger grocery shopping in excess of PLN 100 in discount stores. According to the latest report from Cushman & Wakefield, Polish people have clearly defined expectations about each retail format, with each likely to respond to different shopping and other needs.

Panattoni has finished the construction of a logistics centre in Iłowa district (western Poland) for Hermes Fulfilment. This is the first project that has been built for the company in Poland and is also the largest centre of its type in the Hermes Group portfolio. 

Property group NEPI Rockcastle has completed its first residential project in Romania. The Bucharest-based Vulcan Residence complex features 254 apartments and has been delivered with an 80% sale rate.
