Living's first residential development in Buda, Római Park, is progressing as scheduled, with the building structure for the 257-unit complex now complete.
Work has begun on finishing the building, with the installation of facade doors, windows, and lifts, as well as mechanical and electrical work in the flats.
Tibor Tatár, Head of Wing’s residential and office development businesses in Hungary, said: "With our first development in Buda, we are creating a residential park with modern homes and community spaces where you can feel close to nature while also enjoying modern urban comfort."
The homes, which range from studio flats to four-room penthouse units, feature efficient floor plans and abundant natural light. They are being built with top-tier technical standards and energy-efficient solutions to ensure low utility costs for residents.
The complex will use a modern heat-pump system for heating and cooling, which operates on renewable energy, and will have 14-cm-thick heat insulation and triple-glazed doors and windows for excellent thermal and sound insulation.
Handover of the apartments is expected in H2 2026.
