Romania stands out in the European fiscal landscape with property taxation levels significantly lower than the EU average, according to an analysis by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox based on Eurostat data. CTP has completed one of the largest production halls at CTPark Blučina in South Moravia. The new 52,000 sqm GLA facility has been designed to offer almost 30,000 sqm of cleanroom space for the production of specialised chips for the automotive industry.
