Atal has started sales of 90 apartments in phase IIIA of the Zacisze Marcelin estate in Poznań. The residential development in the Marcelin district features ecological solutions, good infrastructure and access to green areas. The estate is characterised by low-rise buildings with only 7-8 apartments each. The architectural project was created by Atal's in-house design studio, with completion planned for Q2 2027.

"The two previous phases of the estate were well received by clients and enjoyed great success. Zacisze Marcelin IIIA is an investment that combines closeness to nature with full city functionality. It's an ideal place for people seeking comfort, aesthetics, modern solutions and practical amenities, such as external shutters," says Agnieszka Majkusiak, general director of sales and marketing at Atal.

Phase IIIA will include apartments ranging from 42 to 105 sqm. The layouts are designed with residents' comfort in mind, featuring additional functions such as pantries and wardrobes. The development includes 136 parking spaces, with lifts, bicycle storage and pram rooms ensuring user comfort. Spacious terraces and large gardens will create additional private outdoor space.

The direct proximity to Lasek Marceliński forest gives residents easy access to over 15 km of walking and cycling paths, horse trails and playgrounds. Nearby amenities include shops, schools, kindergartens, clinics, pharmacies and the King Cross Marcelin shopping centre. The location offers quick access to Poznań city centre by public transport or car, with the journey to the Old Market Square taking about 20 minutes. Apartment prices range from €13,000 to €14,000 per sqm in developer standard, with turnkey finishing available through the Atal Design programme.
