The new residential project Semerínka, developed by Crestyl, has been successfully approved for use several months earlier than planned.
The building in Prague's Radlice, consisting of four blocks of varying heights, offers 185 apartments and, from the upper floors, a view of Prague and the surrounding greenery.
A community garden and facilities for families with children have been built inside the blocks. The project is located within walking distance of the Jinonice and Radlická metro stations, from where it is only four minutes to the Anděl district and a few more minutes to the city centre.
The investment in the project reached CZK 1.5 billion (€61.5 million).
