Romania recorded the fastest growth in road freight transport in the European Union, with companies reporting almost 29 billion tonne-kilometres carried by road in 2023, representing a 69% increase over ten years. Trei Real Estate has completed the first construction stage of its UP2U rental housing development in Poznan, Poland. The project delivered 330 apartments, with the first tenants moving in October 2025.
