Logistics provider LIT Logistyka Polska has extended its lease in Panattoni Park Wrocław VII and expanded its warehouse premises to nearly 12,500 sqm. The lease agreement was renegotiated on behalf of the client by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
LIT Logistyka Polska is part of the German-based L.I.T. AG group, which comprises 100+ branches and has been operating for over 35 years. The group is committed to continuous growth through collaboration with its partners. Its core business includes road and railway transport as well as air and sea freight services. L.I.T. “In addition to its business growth in Wrocław and expansion of its high quality warehouse, LIT Logistyka is also developing a warehouse project in Zabrze, Silesia. The new warehouse, which is expected to start operations in April 2024, will meet special fire requirements and feature in-rack sprinklers, making it suitable for safe storage of lithium-ion batteries and hazardous goods”, says Mariusz Słowiński, Head of Logistics, LIT Logistyka Polska.
