GLP has begun construction of a new 67,000 sqm warehouse at Wrocław V Logistics Centre in Magnice, Poland. The building is expected to achieve a BREEAM "Outstanding" level certification.


GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre is located on the S8 expressway, granting quick access to Wrocław, the A4 and A8 motorways, and the S3 and S5 expressways. With over 120 buses and trains operating daily, the building’s tenants will also benefit from convenient public transportation connectivity to downtown Wrocław and other suburban areas, including the cities of Świdnica and Wałbrzych.

The new warehouse will incorporate a range of features designed to reduce carbon emissions including enhanced thermal insulation, smart metering for real-time energy monitoring and energy-efficient LED lighting. The building will have a floor load capacity of up to 10 tons per sqm, allowing a range of uses including secure high stacking, installation of production lines, or warehouse automation. Tenants will also benefit from access to an enhanced power supply while, the roof structure will include an enhanced glazed area of around 12.5% to allow for more natural light and be primed for photovoltaic panel installation.

Michał Szczepaniak, Business Development Manager at GLP commented "The success of our previously completed warehouses at GLP Wrocław V underscores the suitability of this location from both a business and employee standpoint. With our final building in the project, we are raising the bar in technical excellence to deliver one of the highest specification logistics facilities in Poland. The location and build quality are expected to drive interest from a wide range of potential tenants from across the logistics and manufacturing sectors."

The new building will also include Grade A office space, various relaxation zones with gazebos, benches, and greenery, spacious parking and HGV driver facilities.

The general contractor for the final phase of GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre is Bremer. Construction is due to be completed by the beginning of 2025.

New leases

  • MLP Group has bolstered the tenant mix at MLP Poznań West by welcoming Stockly, a 3D printing specialist. The company has leased 2,400 sqm of warehouse and office space, with operations already underway via early access. A full handover is expected in December 2026. Stockly was represented by Rock Estate during the transaction.
  • Echo Investment has signed a lease agreement with Auchan Polska for 1,200 sqm of retail space within Fuzja, a flagship multifunctional complex in Łódź. The retailer is scheduled to open the outlet during the summer of 2026.
  • Froo Romania, a subsidiary of the Żabka Group, has relocated its HQ to the Bucharest-based Hermes Business Campus. The retailer secured around 2,900 sqm of office space in a transaction facilitated by Colliers.

New appointments

  • Colliers has appointed Kata Mazsaroff, Tamás Beck, and Miklós Ecsődi as Equity Partners in Hungary, effective 30 April 2026. Mazsaroff, who joined in 2007, rises to Managing Partner after overseeing a 200 per cent revenue increase since her 2022 appointment as Managing Director. Beck, with Colliers since 1994, has led the Industrial & Logistics division since 2005, facilitating transactions covering 1.9 million sqm of built space and 9.8 million sqm of land. Ecsődi, Head of Occupier Services and Office Agency since joining in 2011, has secured over 450,000 sqm in leases valued above €600 million.
  • Aleksandra Walaszek and Tomasz Nowakowski have joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Agency. Walaszek has more than 10 years of experience in the retail sector. Nowakowski is an expert with nearly 20 years of experience in strategic leasing and retail property transaction management.
  • iO Partners has appointed Constantin Banu as Business Development Director for its Industrial and Land segments. With over 25 years of experience in the Romanian real estate sector, Banu is widely credited with helping shape the local logistics market. In his new role, he will oversee expansion strategies for the two segments.
