Ideal Idea is commencing the construction of its fifth facility as part of the expansion of the City Park Wrocław business park, located next to the airport of the Lower Silesian capital. The new 15,000 sqm building increases the total space offered by Ideal Idea in Wrocław to 36,000 sqm.

With the final construction permit obtained, the project has entered its decisive phase. The new facility will offer 16 warehouse modules, each about 640 sqm, allowing for flexible adaptation to various business needs. Additionally, each module will be accompanied by an office space of approximately 120 sqm, providing a workspace for future tenants.

"The location of City Park Wrocław, at a strategic point between Warsaw, Berlin, and Prague, is crucial for attracting investments and increasing business value. Our offer of flexibility and quality of service is unmatched, making City Park Wrocław an ideal place for innovative businesses", says Andrzej Dużyński, CEO of Ideal Idea.

City Park Wrocław is situated in the immediate vicinity of Wrocław's Copernicus Airport, which is only 10 km from the centre of the Lower Silesian capital. Additionally, the modern business park from Ideal Idea has convenient public transport connections and excellent access to the S8 route (A8 - Wrocław bypass), linking with the A4 motorway (E40). In January 2024, Wrocław Airport served over 250,000 passengers.

The new building will target the international BREEAM standard, assuming Ideal Idea will meet important requirements in terms of innovation and environmental care.

Construction work is scheduled to start in February 2024, with the project completion expected in the first quarter of 2025.
