Savills has been instructed as sole letting agent for office and retail space in the Wratislavia Center in Wrocław, managed by the Austrian investor FLE GmbH.

The Wratislavia Center mixed-use complex is located at ul. Świętego Mikołaja 72, a side street off Wrocław’s Market Square. It has been anchored for many years by the Sofitel Hotel, which will soon be replaced by a new operator. In addition to the expected reopening of a new hotel, the property also offers approximately 6,000 sqm of high-quality office space, retail units on the ground floor and a modern conference centre.

“The Wratislavia Center is one of the most iconic buildings in Wrocław. Located in the very heart of the Lower Silesia capital, it enjoys easy access to all parts of the city and tenant amenities including a broad range of restaurants, services and retail stores in the Market Square area,” says Daniel Czarnecki, Head of Office Agency, Landlord Representation, Savills.

“The Wratislavia Center complex currently has space available for lease on the ground floor for retail, service and F&B outlets. In addition, offices starting from 300 sq m up to 6,000 sqm will become available on flexible lease terms towards the end of this year, a rarity in this location and an unrivalled opportunity for large companies appreciating proximity to the Market Square,” adds Bartosz Plewa, Consultant, Savills Wrocław office.
