HIH Invest sells two Polish assets to Czech investor

HIH Invest Real Estate has just sold two HGV service stations in Poland on behalf of an investment fund owned by a German pension scheme and by a foundation. The assets were purchased by Investika, a Czech investment company formed in 2015. The closing of the transaction is scheduled for January 2022.

Regesta takes 17,500 sqm in Hillwood Wrocław East

Transport services provider Regesta has moved into Hillwood Wrocław East. The new tenant took more than 17,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Wrocław logistics centre. Regesta was represented during the search for the new location and lease negotiations by experts of real estate advisory firm Cresa. Hillwood Wrocław East, comprising seven buildings with a total area of over 210,000 sqm, is now fully leased.

Develia to sell Sky Tower in Wrocław

Develia Group has signed a preliminary agreement with an investment fund managed by Adventum Group to sell all its shares in Wrocław Sky Tower. The sale price set at €84.4 million, will be reduced by the value of unpaid incentives for tenants. Finalization of the transaction is expected at the end of 2021.

Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South to open this year

Panattoni has launched work on its 21st park in Lower Silesia. The developer has started the construction of Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South, which is to have an area of 18,000 sqm. The investment has already attracted its first tenant from the logistics sector, which will occupy more than 4,600 sqm. The facility is to be completed this year, in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, close to the Wrocław Południe junction between the A4 motorway and the S8, providing an connection with the main logistics centres across Poland and Europe.

Trei starts construction of two projects in Poland

Trei Real Estate is moving ahead with two large-scale residential projects in Poland. In Wrocław, the company launched the third construction stage of the “Bacciarellego 54” quarter, which will deliver a total of 91 apartments when completed by year-end 2022. In Łódź – with its population of around 700,000 the third-largest city in Poland after Warsaw and Krakow – Trei is about to kick off its second construction stage, which comprises 88 residential units. All things considered, Trei is planning to build a total of 1,320 residential units in Poland in the years ahead and will invest a total of €125 million.

New leases

  • Nowy Styl, a European leader in office furniture solutions, has signed a lease extension at the Oxygen Park office complex. The tenant occupies approximately 550 sqm within the project.
  • iLogic, an official distributor of Delphi Tools, has leased 3,400 sqm of modern space at MLP Wrocław. This transaction completes the commercialisation of the 66,000 sqm warehouse complex. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland supported the tenant during the negotiation and lease agreement process.
  • The Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection has leased 4,600 sqm of office space in the refurbished HOP building, part of the Syrena Real Estate portfolio, in Warsaw. The company has been operating from its new address since January 2026.

New appointments

  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
