Develia Group has signed a preliminary agreement with an investment fund managed by Adventum Group to sell all its shares in Wrocław Sky Tower. The sale price set at €84.4 million, will be reduced by the value of unpaid incentives for tenants. Finalization of the transaction is expected at the end of 2021.

Frontier Park Wrocław is a warehouse park, ultimately covering approx. 9,300 sqm of flexible warehouse and production space with adjacent office parts. Twelve Small Business Units with an area of 300 sqm are currently under construction on a 2-hectare plot in Bielany Wrocławskie.

Christie & Co has found a new tenant for the former Sofitel on the main square with Mogotel, who will operate the hotel in Wroclaw's city centre under the Wyndham brand. For the Latvian operator Mogotel, it is the first hotel in Poland.

Cavatina Holding has acquired land in Wrocław from Invest City for a net sum of €20.8 million (PLN 95 million).

Over 21,000 sqm of office space located on 13 floors, terraces for tenants and a basketball court – this will be the second phase of the Centrum Południe office complex currently being developed by Skanska. Like the existing buildings, the new phase will apply for numerous certificates, including the WELL Core&Shell. 

Panattoni has launched work on its 21st park in Lower Silesia. The developer has started the construction of Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South, which is to have an area of 18,000 sqm. The investment has already attracted its first tenant from the logistics sector, which will occupy more than 4,600 sqm. The facility is to be completed this year, in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, close to the Wrocław Południe junction between the A4 motorway and the S8, providing an connection with the main logistics centres across Poland and Europe.

Trei Real Estate is moving ahead with two large-scale residential projects in Poland. In Wrocław, the company launched the third construction stage of the “Bacciarellego 54” quarter, which will deliver a total of 91 apartments when completed by year-end 2022. In Łódź – with its population of around 700,000 the third-largest city in Poland after Warsaw and Krakow – Trei is about to kick off its second construction stage, which comprises 88 residential units. All things considered, Trei is planning to build a total of 1,320 residential units in Poland in the years ahead and will invest a total of €125 million.

Vastint Poland entrusted Mostostal Warszawa with the construction of the B10 office and hotel complex in Wroclaw. The planned investment will be built on Bolkowska Street, in the vicinity of the Business Garden office complex. The total usable area of ​​the new development will be approximately 20,000 sqm. The general contractor plans to start construction work immediately, which will take 18 months. The investment is scheduled for completion in December 2022.

MidPoint71, the office building developed by Echo Investment in Wrocław, has reached its target height, which was symbolized by a traditional topping out ceremony. Currently, facade and installation works are in progress. The next stage will be finishing the interior of the office building. The facility is scheduled to receive its occupancy permit in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Panattoni is launching Wrocław Campus 39, its largest project in Lower Silesia. The developer has already leased almost 85,000 sqm of the park to two tenants – 78,000 sqm of which will be used for e-commerce. Currently, 160,000 sqm is under construction, half of which will be ready in September this year. Campus Wrocław 39 will eventually offer 200,000 sqm and is to be BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified.
