CTP has leased an additional 10,000 sqm at its CTPark Warsaw South to Polish logistics operator TAS Logistyka sp. z o.o. It will now occupy 25,000 sqm of warehouse space, an increase of 67 per cent on the original space leased.

Recently, there has been significantly more activity in the Warsaw office market compared to regional markets, both in terms of demand and new investments. As of last year, the demand for office space in Warsaw has increased, while overall demand has decreased in the region. There are also more vacancies in the regional markets, says Walter Herz.

Panattoni has completed the construction of City Logistics Warsaw IX. The centre with an area of over 13,000 sqm is situated in Targówek Fabryczny and already has its first tenants.

Panattoni has been issued financing for the construction of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV. The €17.25 million loan was granted by Santander Bank Polska.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the property manager of the Vibe office building in Warsaw’s Wola district. 

Trademarc, a company co-owned and managed by Griffin Capital Partners, has sold a 37,590 sqm Built-to-Suit (BTS) warehouse located in Teresin, west of Warsaw. The buyer and transaction amount have not been disclosed.

Total new office supply in Poland’s mine largest markets rose by 125,000 sqm during H1 2024 compared to the same period of last year, with Warsaw, Wrocław and Krakow commanding the biggest share of new deliveries, according to a report by Cushman & Wakefield. 

Eika Asset Management (EAM), the investment management company of Lithuania's Eika Group, has signed an agreement with Polish developer Waimea Holding for industrial developments in Poland. 

New office projects with a combined leasable area of nearly 64,000 sqm were completed during H1 2024, with the volume soaring almost three-and-a-half times compared to the same period of 2023, according to a BNP Paribas Real Estate report.
