JLL will be responsible for leasing Atenor's future projects in Poland. Based on the success of Lakeside, Atenor has decided to entrust JLL with the commercialisation of its next two projects: Lakeside II i.e. the modernised UBC II building and FORT 7.

These are the last few days to register for the LEED for Cities and Communities Pro Training scheduled to be held in Warsaw on Monday, June 10th. The workshops will take place from 8:30 to 17:30 on Monday at the Colliers Poland office where coffee and lunch will be provided. All training material will be provided by the organizers. 

A distribution company has leased approximately 23,000 sqm of space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre. The tenant will move into the new facility at the beginning of September next year.

Alides Polska, a subsidiary of Belgian developer Alides and Aya Properties Fund announced the joint acquisition of the Metron office building located at Aleja Niepodległości 69 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district from a Polish SPV held by Patrizia. The price has not been disclosed.

The 13th JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament will take place on August 1st at the Monta Beach Volley Club in Warsaw. Funds raised during the event for the second time will go towards supporting the construction of the Ronald McDonald House at the ‘Pomnik - Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka Institute.
