Immofinanz has completed the sale of three office buildings in Warsaw to Echo Investment Group. The transaction price amounts to €28.5 million.

JLL will be responsible for leasing Atenor's future projects in Poland. Based on the success of Lakeside, Atenor has decided to entrust JLL with the commercialisation of its next two projects: Lakeside II i.e. the modernised UBC II building and FORT 7.

These are the last few days to register for the LEED for Cities and Communities Pro Training scheduled to be held in Warsaw on Monday, June 10th. A distribution company has leased approximately 23,000 sqm of space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre. The tenant will move into the new facility at the beginning of September next year.

Alides Polska, a subsidiary of Belgian developer Alides and Aya Properties Fund announced the joint acquisition of the Metron office building located at Aleja Niepodległości 69 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district from a Polish SPV held by Patrizia. The price has not been disclosed.

The 13th JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament will take place on August 1st at the Monta Beach Volley Club in Warsaw. Funds raised during the event for the second time will go towards supporting the construction of the Ronald McDonald House at the ‘Pomnik - Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka Institute. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland presented a summary of the opening months of 2024 in the Polish capital. The Warsaw office market is evolving as office availability has been shrinking considerably in recent years. The first quarter of 2024 saw a slower pace of service charge growth, longer leases and the refurbishment of obsolete office stock.

CPI Property Group Poland has successfully concluded a green refinancing transaction with Aareal Bank amounting to more than €277 million for three office properties in Warsaw.

JLL Polska has been appointed as the exclusive agent to represent the Europlex office building. This multifunctional building, located on the borders of Warsaw’s Śródmieście and Mokotów districts, offers nearly 20,000 sqm of office space for lease.

Skanska has sold the Studio B office building in Warsaw for €86 million to Stena Real Estate AB, an international property company that is a part of the privately owned Swedish Stena Group.
